Welcome to Winter!
It''s getting cold up here at the honey farm. We''re keeping warm though, packing up all your orders and tootling round the shops with van-fulls of jars and containers.
There will be honey for Christmas, so don''t worry. However stocks may get low into 2009, we''re just keeping our fingers crossed for a good summer. We are fortunate in not having suffered the bee colony losses many other beekeepers have. However the poor summer weather of 2008 has meant we have a substantially reduced crop. We really must take care of our bees this winter too.
In the meantime, if you''re in our area and want to stock up, please come and see us at the following festive venues:

North Shields Christmas Market, Sunday 13th December.
Berwick-upon-Tweed Dickensian Market, Sunday 21st December.
